6 oz. Fresh Salmon Filet
1 oz. Kim’s Gourmet Spicy Teriyaki Sauce
30 minutes prior to placing Salmon on grill, brush 1 oz. of Kim’s Gourmet Spicy Teriyaki over Salmon.
On a “seasoned cedar plank” place skin side down a 6 oz. salmon filet portion on a 350⁰ char-broiler.
Cook approximately 15 minutes depending on thickness of salmon (suggest 10/12 minutes per inch).
1 cup Kim’s Gourmet sauce of choice
3 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tsp course black pepper
2 Tsp curry powder
2 red or yellow bell peppers cut into chunks
1 sweet white or yellow onion cut into chunks
3 pounds of chicken breast or thighs or both skinless and cut into 2 in pieces
Skewers ( if using wood skewers soak in water for about 15 minutes)
Combine Kim’s Gourmet sauce of choice, garlic, black pepper and curry in a bowl. Marinade your chicken, peppers and onion in a zip lock back for at least 2 hours or more.
Skewer chicken, onion and bell pepper and repeat until your skewer is full. Place on medium hot heat grill that has been sprayed with cooking oil to keep kabobs from sticking.
Cook skewers for about 15 to 20 minutes turning occasionally until cooked through. For added flavor brush with more of Kim’s Gourmet sauce of choice before serving.
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 Tsp sesame oil
3 Tsp minced fresh garlic
1 cup of Kim’s Gourmet sauce of choice
Marinate breasts in Kim’s sauce, garlic and sesame oil in zip-lock bag or sealed container. Make sure chicken is coated. You can marinate from 1 hr to 8 hrs.
Place chicken on grill that has been sprayed with cooking oil.
Grill on each side for approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
4 cups cooked rice
1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp of cooking oil
4 green onions chopped
2 carrots sliced
1 egg beaten
6 Tbsp of Kim’s Gourmet sauce of choice
Cut chicken into strips. Heat oil in non stick skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add chicken, carrots and green onions.
Sauté until chicken is cooked through.
Add beaten egg stirring into mixture until firm. Stir in rice and stir until heated.
Stir in Kim’s Gourmet sauce of choice until mixed through.
Make your homemade patties with whatever ingredients you use. Add 4 tbsp of Kim’s Gourmet sauce of choice to your hamburg mixture.
Grill your patties to your liking. As patties are grilling take pineapple rings and place on top rack of grill and brush with Teriyaki sauce and repeat on other side until pineapple is slightly cooked. Once patties are done serve on your bun of choice with glazed pineapple ring on top of patty. Yum.
2 pounds of beef shirt or flap steak
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 cups of Kim’s Gourmet Gluten-Free, Spicy or Original Teriyaki sauce
Cut steak into 1/2 inch thin strips. Add garlic to the 2 cups teriyaki sauce of choice. In a zip-lock bag marinate the steak and sauce. It is better marinated overnite. If there is no time to marinate overnite then give the meat approximately 8 hours to marinate. You can either broil or grill this steak.
Place meat on broiler pan in heated oven or on a preheated grill. Cook approximately 5 minutes per side or to your liking. This steak is delicious with a salad and some rice or stir-fry vegetables of your choice.
2 pounds boneless beef top sirloin about 1 inch thick
Steamed vegetables of your choice ( Carrots, celery, broccoli, onion etc.)
1/2 cup Kim’s Gourmet Gluten-Free, Spicy or Original Teriyaki sauce
3 Tsp cornstarch
3 Tbsp oil
Cut beef into 1/2 inch strips If you prefer smaller pieces cut your stripes in half (Go across the grain for tender meat).
Marinate beef and 1/4 of your 1/2 cup of Kim’s Gourmet sauce of choice in a zip lock bag or sealed container.
Turn over several times to make sure beef is coated nicely with sauce.
Marinate anywhere from 1/2 to 3 hours. Mix remaining teriyaki sauce with 1/4 cup of water and whisk in cornstarch. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium high heat and add your marinated beef and sauté for approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
Add teriyaki mixture stirring for about another minute or until sauce thickens. In a bowl place your rice, beef mixture and then your steamed vegetables on top.
1 1/2 cups uncooked Jasmine rice
1 2/3 cups water
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak (3/4 inch thick) sliced into very thin strips
4 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1 cup Kim’s Gourmet sauce of choice
In saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes. In large skillet or wok over medium heat sauté the beef until browned.
Stir in vegetables and Kim’s Gourmet sauce of choice. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring often. Serve over cooked rice.
1 pound of pork tenderloin
4 oz. Kim’s Gourmet sauce of choice
Place pork and Kim’s Gourmet sauce of choice in a zip lock bag. Place in refrigerator for approximately 1 hour turning over once (You can marinate pork up to 10 hours if you prefer). Preheat the broiler. Place pork in a roasting pan or your pan of choice. Broil for approximately 15 minutes turning over once. Easy and delicious.
1 rack of pork spareribs cut in 1/2 through the bone to give you 2 inch riblets
Salt and ground black pepper
2 tbsp sesame seeds (Save for later)
Green onion sliced thin (Save for later)
8 oz. Kim’s Gourmet Sauce of Choice
Preheat oven to 300⁰. Rub salt and pepper mixture over the ribs. Place ribs in single layer in a roasting pan and cook for approximately 2 hours. With 45 minutes to go baste the ribs with Kim’s sauce of choice. When done baste ribs again with Kim’s sauce of choice and place under broiler for 5 minutes to get a good glaze on them. Slice ribs between the bones and pour rest of Kim’s sauce on top and add green onion and sesame seeds. Your ribs will be so juicy. Enjoy!
