Our automated line features a 4-head servo filler, high-speed capper, sleever, date coder, and round bottle labeler—delivering up to 60 bottles per minute. With two 100-gallon and one 60-gallon Cleveland kettles, we’re built for consistency, scale, and speed.

Finalize Your Recipe
This is where it all begins. Whether you're coming in with a perfected formula or just need a little help dialing it in, we’ll work with you to ensure your recipe is production-ready and true to your flavor vision.

Small Test Batch
Next, we’ll prepare a small test batch (½–1 gallon) to ensure it translates accurately to larger runs. You’ll review and sign off to confirm it matches your original recipe.

Get a Process Letter
We’ll obtain your scheduled process (also called a process letter) directly from a certified authority. It’s an essential food safety requirement—and we take care of it for you.

Create Your Look
We’ll support you with everything from sourcing bottles to branding, ingredient lists, nutrition panels, and barcodes—everything required to be shelf-ready and compliant.

Scale up
Time to hit the line. We produce your initial run in our facility so you can test, taste, and tweak. It’s a low-risk way to make sure everything’s dialed before fully scaling up.
