That Started It All
Kim’s Gourmet Sauces was founded in Castle Rock, Colorado in July of 1993 by Kim Kolker, a passionate cook who believed in crafting all-natural, preservative-free sauces without MSG—made to complement any recipe. We’ve known Kim for years, and when the time came for her to pass the torch, she said we were the perfect fit to carry her vision forward. On May 1st, 2010, we proudly became the new stewards of the Kim’s name—and we’ve been growing it with care ever since.
